The Istrian peninsula is perfect for all those who love cycling. From north to south, from the east to the west coast of Istria, there are nearly 3.500 kilometres of 117 mapped bike trails of varying levels of difficulty, from beginner to professional ones, so everyone can easily find a trail that suits their abilities. Bike trails in Istria offer impressive views of the sea, lead to numerous historical sites and every turn of the pedal will boost your pleasure and enrich your experience.

There are 4 bike trails in Rovinj: Basilica, Limes, Rubinum and Vistrum.

We recommend the Basilica trail which is close to our campsite. Riding a bike along the natural trails through forests, fields and vineyards will give great pleasure to both professional and recreational bikers.

In addition, the Basilica trail is interesting and specific as a cycling-walking-running-gastronomic- educational path along which there are eleven educational tables and ten signposts at the main points of the path, as well four rest areas with benches and tables next to the churches of St. Thomas, St. Christopher, St. Protus and at the Lim Fjord lookout.

At a destination dedicated to cycling, you will always find the right support for your exploratory experiences in our surroundings. So we've made sure that at any time you and your family can use your bike to get from our campsite to the town of Rovinj along a bike path.

If you don't want to bring your own bike on holiday, you can rent it at the reception. Our friendly staff will provide you with a bike path and route map and you are ready to head out to an exciting sightseeing tour.
