- finnish sauna, a dry sauna that utilises hig temperatures ranging from 70°C to 100°C and a low humiditylevels, providing an intense and invigorating heat experience. The radiant warmth from heated stones enhances the environment, allowing for a deeper, more penetrating heat that promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and helps release muscle tension.
- steam bath that operates at a lower temperature (40°C to 50°C) with high humidity, offering a soothing and cleansing experience, and
- infrared sauna, uses infrared heaters to directly warm the body at a lower temperature (45°C to 60°C), promoting relaxation and detoxification without the use of steam. This gentle, soothing heat penetrates deeply into the skin and muscles, enhancing circulation, relieving tension and supporting overall wellness.
